Mr. Masato Yuasa has been involved in the capital market domain since he started his career in 2002. He has wide experience in strategizing large scale back-office implementations in countries like Tokyo, New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore and has spent almost 3 years of his career at NRI America. Mr. Yuasa’s association with NRI FT India dates back to 2004, when he had first visited Kolkata office. Since then he has been playing an important role in the development of the I-STAR/GV platform. Later in 2014, Mr. Yuasa moved to NRI FT India as Head of Products and Japan Delivery Department. He became the President and CEO of NRI FT India in 2019.

Malayaj Das has been associated with NRI FT India since 2001 and currently is the Sector Head of Japan Business & Solutions. Malayaj has rich experience in leading and revitalizing multi-site, multinational software development organizations. Since the mid-1990s, Malayaj has been managing large projects and project portfolios, working effectively with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. His involvement in the Capital Market domain began in 2002 and he has been successfully shepherding development projects from initial definition to blueprint development to overall execution.

Goutam Dey has been associated with NRI FT India since 2001. Having gathered over 20 years of web experiences and explored all facets of web development with the thin client, Goutam is a master of information architecture, user experience and usability, who handles the roles of product strategist, delivery manager and project manager with substantial elan. He is fond of neutralizing the monotony of operations management and project management by agile sprinting and spawning instances of node(js), LAMP, Drupal, UX and usability. Goutam is our web evangelist who believes in lean methodologies of software development and is a strong advocate of the open source movement.

Anubhav is one of the eminent members at NRI FT India. Qualified as a Master of Technology, Anubhav has been a key player in conceptualizing and designing of NRI FT India’s back office platform for major capital market intermediaries, globally, including Japan, US, Australia, HKSAR and Thailand. He comes with 20+ years of experience in development and implementation of mission critical software solutions. He is passionate about technology and is proficient at strategic development of new products and upgrading existing products, to match evolving technological capabilities with changing market needs.

Mr. Maulindu Chatterjee has been associated with NRI FT India since 2001 and currently heads the Global Business. Mr. Chatterjee has more than 23 years’ experience in development and implementation of mission critical software solutions with over 17 years in the capital market post-trade lifecycle management domain. He has architected and overseen implementations of custom back-office systems for major brokerage operations in multiple capital markets around the world. The buck stops at his desk for matters relating to development and delivery of software projects. As the head of the department he is responsible for expanding the current business lines, evaluating and adopting newer technologies and keeping company’s technical capabilities ahead of the curve.

Partha joined NRI Financial Technologies (Erstwhile Anshin Software) in 2007. Partha is chartered accountant by qualification, and has over two decades of invaluable experience in the in Capital Markets. He plays a key role in pre-sales, formulation of market strategy, product road map and leads the team of Business Analyst in requirement analysis, designing, planning and implementation of STP enabled Back Office systems for Asset Managers, Securities Broker, and Custodians in various matured and emerging markets around the globe. He enjoys a strong respect & trust amongst the clients, for enabling them in adopting to the international best practices in post trade processing and risk management practices.

Before joining NRI Financial Technologies, he has served over 10 years in one of the leading Stock Exchange of India, managing key departmental roles in Market Operations, Clearing & Settlement, Risk Management and Market – Surveillance, Listing & Investor Grievance.

In his career of over 18 years, Saikat has been a Programmer, Architect Project Manager and Product Manager. He has rich experience in developing mission critical software solutions in various domains - capital market, enterprise integration, market connectivity and reconciliation. Saikat is a good communicator, plans well and likes to contribute in design and solutioning. His knack lies in techno-managerial role and over the years he has excelled in it.

Ashish Jha has been associated with NRI FT India since 2004 and is currently responsible for leading the Business Analyst team and account management for a key client. His engineering background combined with extensive knowledge in the capital markets domain gives him unique techno functional expertise. He is adept in developing differentiated solutions for clients to improve their business performance and creating long-term win-win relationships. Over the years, he has been involved in requirement gathering, designing & implementing back office solutions for brokers and custodians across the globe and has managed key transition projects. He is block chain enthusiast and keenly follows the emerging technology trends in financial markets.

Brishti has been associated with NRI FT since September 2022. She brings in a diverse experience in the field of management and organisation development. She has contributed as an HR leader across different sites and cultures. In her 20 years of industry experience, few of her key contributions have been handling mergers and integrations across sites, developing organisation competency through learning and development and innovative policies and practices.

Change management and improvement are key things which drive her. She is competent in working with and managing workforce across diverse cultures.

As a leader her vision is to contribute towards equitable and inclusive culture and provide human capital the opportunities for growth, innovation, wellbeing and enrichment.

Debasish Basak has been associated with NRI FT India since 2008 and currently is a Vice President and Head of Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES). Debasish has 21+ years of specialized expertise in Systems Integration and Operations, Services Delivery and Support, Team Building and Facility Management leading in planning, designing, implementing, securing and supporting large sized IT infrastructure and Data Center with cutting edge technologies. Debasish has played a key role in some critical operations and services as managing the entire Data Center, supporting Remote Infrastructure and also is in charge of Information Security. Debasish has numerous certifications from Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS, Cisco, VMWare and Nutanix, etc. on DevOps, SecOps, CloudOps, Information Security and Disaster Recovery.
