Ensure that realistic detailed project plans are prepared and
maintained, provide regular and accurate reports on progress
against plan to stakeholders as appropriate.
Identify, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions,
issues and dependencies.
Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is
completed in allotted budget.
Monitor and track the progress of the project. Give inputs to the
team to improve the delivery.
Assure all project deliverables satisfy requirements & adhere to
the agreed governance framework.
Manage different types of stakeholders, keep them informed and
expectations management.
Plan & Conduct Scrum : Sprint Planning, Spring Retrospectives,
Sprint Review, Daily Standup.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and
cost reduction opportunities.
Have an interest in contributing to CI (Continuous Improvement)
Demonstrate leadership skill including conflict resolution &
expectation management of project team.
Technical/Functional Competencies
Experience of leading and implementing change and managing
projects, design and delivery in an Agile environment (preferably
Scrum Framework).
Knowledge of Project Management, Agile processes, JIRA &
Confluence is a must.
Knowledge of Estimation and Risk Management techniques.
Experience of successfully delivering projects with size of at
least 300MM - 400MM.
Prior experience of delivering projects in Capital Market Domain.
Project management certification like PMP, CAPM, CSM is preferred.
Development background of JEE based applications.
Engineering background is preferred.
