Level 1 Production Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Production Support (24X6)
• Production Monitoring across all projects under production support
• Decision making and monitoring on production jobs
• Interacting with the client for issues and queries on the project
• Issue monitoring and registration in JIRA and escalation internally to next level

Skill Set

• Prior experience with remote infrastructure or application support
• Implementing and supporting IT systems and jobs in production while maintaining strict business SLA
• Experience in supporting IT systems like Active Directory, Azure, and Cloud systems (Infra and application) will be considered as added advantage.

Communication Skills

• Providing 1st Line telephone support for both internal and external customers with good English communication skills in both written and verbal.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate

Work Experience

• 2 to 5 years
